Thank you for your interest in the Northwestern Building. We look forward to meeting you. Below are some quick details about our lease agreement. If you are looking for a particular space to fit your needs, please ask. We are very creative, too.

  • 200 sq ft. to 3,000 sq ft. available
  • 12-month minimum lease is required
  • Longer lease agreement is preferred
  • Security deposit required
  • Application required – $45 non-refundable fee
  • Ask about our referral program benefits
